We stand behind all products bought at our site. 


There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with us and we will guide you on the process for the same.

 

Conditions for return:
1. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 2 Days of delivery.
2. Products/Items should be UNUSED.
3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

Incase of returns Buyer has to send it back on its own for Replacement

25% Will be deduced in case of Refund with in 30 Days of delivery

Incase of Exchange or Return Buyer has to pay to and from shipping Charges

We will also not be able to accept the return if product 
• Is modify / burnt or altered 
•Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product 
•Is returned without original packaging and accessories 
•Serial Number is tampered.
• Physically damaged items will not be replaced or refunded

In case you have received a defective, damaged, or a 'not-as-described' product, you can call or drop in a mail within 2 days from delivery of your product.

You will need to return the unused product along with its original packaging with all the items included with the product within 7 days of registering your complaint.

How to return a product?

For products that are defective, damaged, or 'not-as-described':

  • You must call or drop in a mail at hubcrossenterprises@gmail.com within 2 days on receipt of your product
  • You will need to provide your name, email ID, telephone or mobile number and order ID for registering your complaint
  • You will need to return the unused product along with its original packaging with all the items included with the product within 7 days of registering your complaint.

How are refunds processed?

  • Once your refund complaint is processed the customer care team will inform you by email
  • A refund is processed based on the mode of payment.
  • If payment is done using Credit card then the amount is refunded to the credit card itself and will feature in the following monthly billing statement.
  • If the payment is done using Net banking as a payment then the amount is refunded to the bank account.
